Caio Grau Baena
Caio brings to Maio his extensive background as a headhunter, along with his natural curiosity, his enjoyment of working with people and his passion for his work. He holds a BBA (U. de San Andrés, 2002). His career as an HR Consultant began in 2004 when he joined BuroConsult.
Since then he has uninterruptedly led high profile searches for corporate clients in the IT, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales and Engineering areas, among others.
Alongside María José Amén, in March 2012 he founded CGB Consultores (now Maio), providing Executive Search and Premium Recruiting Services for world-leading clients.
María José Amén
María José brings to Maio a fresh continuous improvement and organization outlook. Her encompassing vision combined with her broad experience in working with people provides a creative and innovative input in the processes which she leads or takes part in.
She has worked in Recruiting since 2010. She began in back-office and process coordination duties in 2010 for the ExxonMobil account at BuroConsult, and as Partner in Maio she has worked for clients such as Barrick Gold, Mercado Libre, Global Eagle and JP Morgan Chase, both as process coordinator and consultant.
