Caio brings to Maio his 14 years´ experience as an HR Consultant, his pleasure in dealing with people and his passion for his job. He holds a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration (U. de San Andrés, 2002). His career as an HR Consultant began in 2004 when he joined BuroConsult.
Since then he has uninterruptedly directed high profile searches for leading corporate clients across a wide range of industries. companies, in partnership with Connie Eastman´s Consultoras en Red.

María José Amén
María José brings to Maio her great organization skills, an integrating vision and her broad experience in working with people.
She works as an HR Consultant since 2010, having begun in coordination and back office duties for ExxonMobil at BuroConsult. Since 2012 as founding partner atCGB Consultores (currently Maio) she has worked for clients such as Barrick Gold, Mercado Libre, Global Eagle and JP Morgan Chase, both as a Consultant and as a Project Coordinator.
Her background in the Performing Arts provides her with a creative view in the processes in which she leads or takes part in.
